We are looking for a Customer Support Executive(Female ) to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Support Executive ( Female), you should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Your main duties will include:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media- Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or escalating them to the appropriate department- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our processes and policies

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification- 1-2 years of experience as a customer support executive or similar role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- A customer-oriented attitude and a problem-solving mindset- The ability to work under pressure and multitask- The ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
