Job Description:


CognitBotz Solutions is looking for an experienced UiPath Team Lead to oversee and manage our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with UiPath TestSuite , Action Center , and Document Understanding . You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of UiPath automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using UiPath technologies, including TestSuite , Action Center , and Document Understanding .
  • Manage a team of UiPath developers, providing guidance, support, and oversight on project tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful execution.
  • Design and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance process scalability.
  • Utilize UiPath TestSuite for automating and testing end-to-end RPA processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Implement and manage UiPath Action Center to control user access, enforce security policies, and monitor compliance with automation governance standards.
  • Leverage UiPath Document Understanding to automate document processing and data extraction for unstructured and semi-structured data.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to the team on best practices in RPA development and UiPath toolsets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve any roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in UiPath tools and automation technologies.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in RPA development and management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath TestSuite , Action Center , and Document Understanding .
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing end-to-end automation solutions with UiPath.
  • Experience with RPA governance , including security protocols, access management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
  • UiPath Certifications in Advanced RPA Developer and UiPath TestSuite are preferred.

  • Experience in Programming language is Mandate Dot Net/ C# OR Python
