Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Zoho Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in CRM and business process management using Zoho products. The trainee will be involved in learning and assisting with the implementation, customization, and management of Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Learning: Gain hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications. Participate in training sessions and workshops.

  • Assistance with Implementation: Support the implementation of Zoho solutions for clients, including setup, configuration, and integration with other systems.

  • Customization: Assist in customizing Zoho applications to meet client requirements. This may involve configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, and user settings.

  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to users by addressing and resolving issues related to Zoho applications. Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions or escalate as needed.

  • Documentation: Assist in documenting processes, configurations, and customizations. Prepare reports and user guides as required.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Zoho product updates and new features. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client solutions.
