Job Details

As a Senior Web Developer, you will take ownership of complex features, guide technical decisions, and mentor other developers. You're expected to deliver scalable solutions, contribute to architecture discussions, and help improve overall engineering quality and team capability. You will work closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact features.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end development of complex features or modules across backend, frontend, or full stack.
  • Lead or participate in technical design discussions, balancing trade-offs between performance, maintainability, and delivery.
  • Guide mid-level and junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and mentorship.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest architectural or tooling improvements.
  • Write well-tested, production-grade, scalable code with performance and security in mind.
  • Identify and fix bugs that are found within code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (PMs, QA, design) to align on requirements, scope, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in and sometimes lead sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to evolving team practices, tools, and engineering standards.

  • Other PHP Framework, TypeScript, NodeJS (Bonus to have)
