We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead / Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, leveraging advanced orchestration frameworks and graph/vector databases. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with deep technical expertise in building scalable AI architectures, and experienced in leading end-to-end solution design on modern orchestration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using pgvector for vector similarity search and Apache AGE for graph-based reasoning.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
- Establish patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
- Proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex workflows.
- Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
- Experience in graph databases, ideally Apache AGE, for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 6+ years of overall work experience, out of which at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
