About the Role We are looking for talented and experienced Android AOSP Developers to join our team. You will work on advanced automotive and embedded platform projects involving Android system-level customization, device bring-up, and framework enhancements. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and enhance Android AOSP components across framework, middleware, and native layers Perform device bring-up and platform integration for embedded/automotive systems Customize system configuration files including BoardConfig.Mk , init.Rc , and other AOSP modules Debug system-level issues using logs, tools, and Linux-based debugging techniques Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration Optimize system performance and ensure platform stability Required Skills & Expertise Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in Android AOSP , Java , Kotlin , and C++ Deep understanding of Android architecture (Framework, System Services, HAL, Native layers) Experience with device bring-up, BSP integration, and system-level customization Good command of Linux environment, shell scripting, and debugging tools Ability to analyze logs, crashes, and performance issues
