(ABCL) is primarily engaged in investment activities in equities, debt, and real estate, with a special interest in hospitality.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Site Architect, located between the Head-Office in Noida and 30-key Resort Project Site in Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand that is under construction. After an initial training period at the head office, the role will require the candidate to be on-site and accommodation will be provided.The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing the company's ongoing construction projects and assisting the Senior Project Manager, managing project timelines, ensuring on-site implementation of architectural details and regular reporting of construction progress. The role also involves coordinating between the various stakeholders (project architect, technical consultants, contractor, head office team).QualificationsStrong skills in Architectural Design and DetailingAutoCAD and Excel ProficiencyInterest and skills in Project / Construction ManagementExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant degree in Architecture or related field5 Years Experience in the construction industrySalary RangeRs. 45,000-55,000 based on past experience and aptitude.
