AGM Quality

Roles &Responsibilities:
Approval of Yarn Quality:
Evaluate and approve yarnbased on physical properties quality parameters and
performance standards.
Collaborate with suppliers toensure adherence to quality specifications and resolveany
issues related to yarn quality.
Color Matching and Approval:
Oversee the approval process for dyed yarn color matching to meetdesign and customer
requirements.
Evaluatefabric color appearance design and hand feel to ensure consistencyand quality
standards are met.
Work closelywith production teams to address any deviations or discrepancies incolor or
appearance.
Feasibility Analysis:
Conduct feasibility analysis ofyarn dyed colorrelated issues based on fabric design
requirements.
Identify potential challenges orlimitations in achieving desired color outcomes andpropose
solutions or alternatives.
Team Management:
Lead and managethe yarn dyeing and fabric shade sorting quality team.
Provide guidance training and support to team members to enhancetheir skills and
performance.
Foster aculture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within thedepartment.
QualityAssurance:
Establish and maintain quality assuranceprocesses and procedures to ensure compliance
withindustry standards and regulations.Implement quality control measures at every stage ofproduction to minimize defects and
ensure productintegrity.
Conduct regular audits and inspections tomonitor quality performance and identify areas
forimprovement.
Collaboration andCommunication:
Liaise with crossfunctional teamsincluding production design and supply chain to address
qualityrelated issues and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and externalpartners to convey quality
standards expectations andrequirements. Qualification & Experience:
Bachelordegree in Textile Engineering Quality Management IndustrialEngineering or a
related field. Master degreepreferred.
Minimum of 1015 years of experience inquality control roles within the fabric
manufacturingindustry with a highly complex environment.
Proven trackrecord of successfully leading quality management initiativesimplementing
QMS and driving continuousimprovement.
Ability to handle ambiguity and adhocrequirements.
Indepth knowledge of yarn propertiesdyeing processes color management and fabric
qualitystandards.
Excellent leadership communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to motivate
andinspire team members.
Proven track record of drivingquality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable
results.
Certification in quality management (e.g. SixSigma Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
