Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional fluent in Yardi and lease-related activities to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rent roll monitoring, contract analysis, and be committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Yardi Management: Efficiently navigate and utilize Yardi software for lease management, rent processing, and other related tasks.
- Lease Administration: Oversee lease setups, amendments, renewals, and terminations within Yardi, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Contract Abstraction: Review lease and loan agreements to provide summaries for data entry and at team members' requests.
- Rent Roll Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor rent rolls to identify discrepancies, ensure accurate billing, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Data Entry & Verification: Input and verify lease details, tenant information, and financial data in Yardi.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on lease performance, occupancy, and corresponding legal fees to support decision-making.
- Communication: Liaise with accounting and property management teams to resolve lease-related queries and discrepancies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all lease activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Yardi software in a lease or property management setting.
- Strong understanding of rent roll monitoring and lease administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or leasing.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and property accounting.
- Experience with Prophia's lease abstraction technology.
