Role Description

This is an internship role at InvestAid India located in Patna. As an intern in Finance/Legal, you will work closely with our Finance and Legal teams to support them in day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with financial analysis, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Exposure Intern will get:

  • Accounts & Finance Assignments (Financial Reporting & Audit)
  • Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
  • Corporate Laws Compliance (Company Incorporation, RoC Forms filing)
  • Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR)
  • Financial Modelling
  • Very Good Excel and PPT exposure


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing CA/MBA/LLB or related degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


The selected Interns will get the opportunity to work with CA Kunal Kishore, Founder-Director of InvestAid India Pvt Ltd and shall report directly to him.
