Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical engineer to join our lighting design firm. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for lighting projects, ensuring that they meet industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement electrical systems for lighting projects, lighting control, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with lighting designers and project managers to ensure that electrical systems meet project specifications and standards.
• Perform site visits to assess existing electrical systems and determine requirements for new lighting installations.
• Develop and review electrical schematics, diagrams, and construction documents for lighting projects.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and performance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• Prior experience with lighting design is not required.
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Knowledge of Dialux (can be learned on the job)
• 0-2 year work experience
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
