Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Client Engagement: Support the Business Development team in reaching out to potential clients, introducing The Golden Rise's services, and setting up meetings for further discussions. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails, ensuring a professional and compelling approach to potential clients. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential clients to identify opportunities for business expansion. Relationship Building: Help develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements to align with our services. CRM Management: Assist in updating and managing client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of communications and progress. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key business development metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and overall sales performance. Collaboration: Work closely with senior business development managers, sales, and recruitment teams to align efforts and deliver effective solutions to clients. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
