Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated ATM Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ATMs to ensure smooth and secure operations. The candidate will be responsible for attending service calls, preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for ATM-related issues.
--- Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test ATMs at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ATMs. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Replace and repair defective parts/components. Ensure uptime and smooth functioning of ATMs as per SLA. Attend service calls within stipulated response time. Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors/partners for technical support and spare parts. Ensure adherence to security and compliance guidelines. Provide on-site customer support and training if required.
--- Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/IT or related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and electronics. Prior experience in ATM servicing/field engineering preferred (freshers with technical skills may also apply). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
