What You'll Do :


Lead Agile Transformation :


- Champion the organization-wide shift to Agile, aligning with business objectives and empowering teams to thrive in a dynamic environment.


- Develop and execute strategic plans to integrate Agile principles across all departments, driving change from the ground up.


- Act as a catalyst for an Agile mindset, nurturing a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.


Drive DevOps Excellence :


- Lead the implementation of cutting-edge DevOps practices to break down silos and improve collaboration between development and operations.


- Streamline and automate our software delivery pipeline, ensuring faster, more reliable, and seamless releases.


- Promote best practices in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, utilizing the latest DevOps tools.


Master Change Management :


- Craft and execute strategies to overcome resistance, ensuring smooth adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies.


- Work hand-in-hand with leadership to align changes with business goals and foster a culture of learning and innovation.


- Serve as a trusted advisor for navigating the complexities of large-scale & Train Teams :


- Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other key stakeholders in Agile, DevOps, and Change Management.


- Deliver engaging training sessions that enhance knowledge and application of these methodologies.


- Cultivate a learning-oriented environment that encourages experimentation and growth.


Collaborate Across Teams :


- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the successful adoption of Agile and DevOps practices.


- Foster open communication and collaboration between development, testing, and operations teams to ensure transparency.


- Use effective reporting and communication channels to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Change Agent : Demonstrated success in change management, leading organizations through complex transitions.

- Continuous Improvement Advocate : Passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.


What We're Looking For :


- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.


- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Change Management.


- Hands-on experience with end-to-end Agile and DevOps implementation, including tools like Jira and cloud platforms like Azure.


- Certifications in Agile methodologies and DevOps are a plus (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps).
