SummaryWe seek a highly skilled IT and Network Engineer at Tech Alchemy. This role requires expertise pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.Monitor and maintain all in-house systems, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard the company's data and network resources.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.Collaborate with other IT professionals to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.Conduct regular network performance assessments and optimizations.Manage and oversee internet connectivity, ensuring reliable and fast access for all users.Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.Hands-on experience on monitoring tools like PRTG, Zabbix, Nagios .Hands-on experience in Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting.Hands on experience in Windows , Linux and MAC os.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network engineering and security.Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staffConfigure, monitor, and maintain virtual private networks (VPNs) to secure remote access to the organization's network resources.Administer firewall infrastructure, including rule configuration, monitoring, and threat management, to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.Conduct regular assessments and audits of VPN and firewall configurations to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security best practices.Monitor and enforce compliance with IT policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements.Implement monitoring tools and techniques to track compliance with IT policies and identify areas for improvement or remediation
