Job Summary:
The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sports academy, ensuring a high standard of training and support for all participants. This role involves managing staff, coordinating events, and developing programs that align with the academy’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:  Oversee the daily operations of the academy, including scheduling, facility management, and resource allocation.
Staff Supervision:  Recruit, train, and manage coaches and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development.
Program Development:  Design and implement sports programs tailored to the needs of children with disabilities. Ensure programs are inclusive, safe, and effective.
Event Coordination:  Plan and execute events, competitions, and community outreach activities. Collaborate with local organizations and stakeholders to promote the academy.
Budget Management:  Develop and manage the academy’s budget. Monitor expenses and ensure financial sustainability.
Compliance:  Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Customer Engagement:  Build and maintain relationships with parents, Aides, and the community as a whole Address concerns and provide regular updates on the academy’s progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports management or a similar role.

Knowledge of disability sports and adaptive training techniques is a plus.
