Role & responsibilities

  • UI/UX + Frontend: 35 years , Tailwind/Material UI, Figma/Adobe XD).
  • Full-Stack/Backend: 23 years , FastAPI, Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL APIs).
  • AI Practical Use: 12 years applying AI in day-to-day life/ workflows (RAG pipelines, chatbots, embeddings, LLM-powered apps, AI-driven automation). Not just theory proven delivery.
  • Cloud: Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring.
  • Design and implement modern responsive UIs and engaging user experiences.
  • Build and deploy scalable backend services with database integrations.
  • Use AI practically in daily workflows e.g., automating document classification, intelligent search, chatbot support, AI-assisted UI features.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud + Red Hat/OpenShift environments.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to prototype and scale solutions quickly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Red Hat / Virtualization:
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and virtualization (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Bonus: Exposure to Red Hat AI, OpenShift AI, or similar hybrid cloud AI environments.
  • Experience integrating LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs into products.
  • Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible).
  • Security-first mindset: RBAC, IAM, secrets management.
