Required Skills and Experience : - 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Digital Product Designer. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and FigJam. - Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design documentation. - Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and user-centric methodologies. - Ability to work within Agile and Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, content strategists, and product managers. - Expertise in creating user-friendly interfaces for transactional SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, or enterprise applications. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions Qualifications : - A formal degree or training in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field. - Equivalent work experience in a relevant field will also be considered.
