Description

ResponsibilitiesCreate custom objects, apps, processes, and flowsCreate and maintain views, triggers, automations, and macrosCreate fields, picklists, record types and maintain lightning pagesDevelop Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to support business requirementsProvide support for mobile appsCreate reports and dashboards as neededFollow leading/best practices in system configuration, security, coding, and data qualityProvide end user technical supportManage and address support requests using various methods including a ticketing queue, email, and direct phone callsServe as a point of contact in troubleshooting production issuesTrain end users when implementing new functionality and during onboardingCreate user training documentationFacilitate and participate in discovery sessions for new system requests and enhancementsGather and document requirements and user storiesTranslate requirements into a technical mapping documentCreate test cases with acceptance and rejection criteriaExecute unit testing and debuggingManage releases in sandbox environmentsParticipate in configuration changes to support maintenance, security updates, and fixesCommunicate system changes to end usersWork with integrated applications including Jira, Confluence, Calendly, Seismic, Qualtrics, and GongPerform work that supports data integrity and enrichment, using tools such as data loader and/or deduplication toolsRegularly assess and perform updates to clean up technical debtProactively analyze and understand new product releases

Requirements5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator/developerBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in SaaS, technology consulting or related fieldZendesk administrator/developer experience highly desirableExperience developing triggers/Apex code, SOQL, and VisualforceAbility to utilize debug logs and system audit toolsProficiency in Visio or Lucid ChartExperience using Jira and ConfluenceAbility to build strong working relationships with other team members across geographic locationsStrong systems knowledge with the ability to use technology to improve efficienciesStrong knowledge of testing fundamentals (evaluating test results, bug reporting & tracking, quality management, etc.)Experience working directly with Sales and Client Service stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of the organizationMust be detail orientedKnowledge of change management/DevOpsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks with proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
