We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our marketing team and play a key role in building and growing the Meechu brand.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Brand Manager will assist in executing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and product initiatives to drive growth and visibility for Meechu. The role will involve working closely with the Brand Manager, creative teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Brand Strategy and Execution:

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with Meechu’s brand positioning.
  • Assist in creating and launching new product lines, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.

2.Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store platforms.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
  • Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization.

3.Product Launches and Development:

  • Assist in managing product life cycles from concept to launch, ensuring all aspects of the product align with brand values.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to understand product features and benefits.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and promotional materials.

4.Digital and Social Media Marketing:

  • Assist in managing Meechu’s online presence, including social media accounts and website content.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement.

5.Brand Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Assist in identifying and fostering partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other brands that align with Meechu’s values and target audience.
  • Help in planning and executing co-branded marketing efforts to increase brand visibility.

6.Consumer Insights and Research:

  • Conduct consumer research to understand preferences, behaviors, and attitudes toward the brand.
  • Analyze sales and consumer data to identify key growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of promotional offers and pricing strategies based on consumer insights.

7.Budget Management:

  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within the allocated resources.
  • Track and report spending across marketing initiatives and provide insights into cost-efficiency.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
