Job Title: Secretary to CFO

Location: Prabhadevi

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and polished professional to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to a CFO. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and an impressive professional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CFOs calendar, meetings, and travel plans
  • Handle correspondence,calls, and documentation with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the CFOs office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality
  • Proficient in MS Office and calendar management tools
