Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CC&B Techno Functional Consultant with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Utilities CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) and extensive expertise in both technical and functional aspects of CC&B implementation and support. As a CC&B Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting CC&B modules to meet business requirements in the Energy Utilities industry.

Responsibilities :

- CC&B Modules Expertise : Utilize your extensive experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B (versions 2.1, 2.5, and above) to provide technical and functional expertise in modules such as Billing, Credit & Collection, Rate Configuration, IWS Integrations, and Interval Pricing.

- Technical Skills : Demonstrate proficiency in OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework), CC&B Configuration tool, Java development, Crystal Reports, and scripting CC&B using Plug Inn, BPA script, zones, UI MAP, and portals.

- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CC&B implementation and enhancements.

- Conduct business process re-engineering/redesign to optimize business processes and workflows.

- Solution Design : Develop functional designs, technical specifications, and architectural solutions for CC&B implementation projects.

- Ensure alignment with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements in the Energy Utilities sector.

- Integration and E-Service : Implement integration solutions between CC&B and third-party systems using E-Service.

- Configure and customize E-Service portals to facilitate customer interactions and self-service capabilities.

- Production Support : Provide production support for CC&B applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, functional testing, and unit testing.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement corrective actions.

- Documentation and Training : Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for CC&B applications.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's Degree.

- Minimum 4 years of experience as a CC&B Techno Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B (versions 2.1, 2.5, and above).

- Proficiency in modules such as Billing, Credit & Collection, Rate Configuration, IWS Integrations, and Interval Pricing.

- Hands-on experience with OUAF, CC&B Configuration tool, Java development, Crystal Reports, and scripting CC&B using Plug Inn, BPA script, zones, UI MAP, and portals.

- Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process re-engineering/redesign, functional design analysis, and architectural solution in the Energy Utilities industry.

- Experience in production support, including debugging, issue resolution, functional testing, unit testing, and RCA.

- Oracle Certification on CC&B is a plus.
