Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Smart Plant P&ID Designer located in Mumbai. The Smart Plant P&ID Designer will be responsible for creating and maintaining process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) using Smart Plant software. Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing P&IDs, collaborating with the engineering team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and making necessary revisions based on project requirements. This role demands close interaction with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Smart Plant software for P&ID design
  • Strong understanding of process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Knowledge of process equipment and their functions
  • Proficiency in software like Aspen HYSYS, HYSYS Dynamics, and Pipenet
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in the process engineering industry is a plus
