Immediate Start: Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) to assess financial performance and identify trends.- Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to estimate future performance and profitability.- Participate in the budgeting process and monitor adherence to financial plans.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and identify potential risks.- Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling financial reports and presentations for various stakeholders (management, investors).- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.- Stay up-to-date on current financial trends, regulations, and accounting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, ideally with VBA)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to a non-technical audience.- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
