Messaging Services Senior Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Senior Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Messaging Services Senior Analyst applies a wide application of theories, concepts, and principles in identifying customer needs and managing and supporting systems. Providing steady state support to the messaging infrastructure, handling On-Call support responsibilities, and other day to day support operations. Knowledge & Experience on Messaging technologies- Google Workspace Administration- Business apps and collaboration tools  Key Responsibilities: Managing google workspace infrastructure-(Mail, Drive, Chats, Apps, Groups, Calendar, and Contacts.) Managing the lifecycle of shared drives based on user requests and organizational policies.Implementing shared drive membership permissions based on organizational policies.Managing and troubleshooting calendar and calendar resourcesMonitoring usage reports and recommending changes.Configuring and managing Groups for businessConfiguring memberships and advanced settingsImplementing Google group security access controls to restrict members.Configuring basic mail routing scenarios for split deliveryConfiguring end-user access to Gmail by using Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook (GWSMO) or email client (for example, POP, IMAP, Thunderbird, Outlook)Configuring administrator access for mail forwarding by using advanced Gmail settings (for example, compliance rules, default routing, APIs)Managing and understanding all available spam controls (for example, allowlist, denylist, inbound gateway, and IP allowlist)Managing Gmail archivesTroubleshooting and collecting logs and reports needed to engage with the support team. Troubleshooting access to Google Workspace services (for example, Gmail and Drive)Using Google Vault to support legal initiatives.Configuring retention rules based legal security policies (for example, setting retention rules, placing legal holds, exporting data for additional processing and review, auditing reports, and searching a domain's data by user account, OU, date, or keyword)End User support for all Google Workspace Services - Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Chat, GroupsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Workspace platforms with other systems and applications.Monitor and analyse Google Workspace usage and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace technologies/apps and trends and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.Knowledge of Server and Networking principles pertaining to enterprise environmentEvaluates, engineers, tests, recommends, and implements secure infrastructuresActs as a resource for system escalation issues.Documents platform standards and processes for ongoing operationsCoordinate closely with vendors, handling escalations and prioritization. Qualifications: § bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. § 3+ years of experience Google Workspace administration.§ § Strong understanding of Google Workspace security and compliance requirements.§ § Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Google Workspace Administrator certification is a plus.
