Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic HR Recruiter and Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The job profile would majorly involve recruitment but may require understanding of other HR functions.
Candidates with good experience in digital marketing agency & business development profile recruitment would be given preference and added benefits as per experience.
This role combines recruiting and operational responsibilities, supporting the HR function in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent while ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. We need a passionate and aggressive talent acquisition specialist who loves the challenge of building a strong team and scaling an organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and hiring.
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates for cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and hiring status.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the hiring process.
- Assisting in the development of job descriptions and role specifications.
- Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners as needed.
HR Operations:
- Supporting the HR function with day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records management.
- Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and helping update them as necessary.
- Organizing and maintaining employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating employee training programs and performance evaluation processes.
- Handling routine HR inquiries and providing support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assisting in HR reporting, including employee attendance, leave tracking, and performance metrics.
- Assisting with HR projects, such as engagement initiatives or process improvements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
- Preferred experience and proven expertise of recruitment in a digital marketing agency
- Preferred experience in hiring & building a strong sales team.
Preferred Skills and Additional Details:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or other Human Resource Management programs) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with talent management strategies.
Additional Details:
- Working Days – (Monday – Friday)
- Work time and location – 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM / Noida Sector 63 – Work from office
