We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join the Palni Consulting team.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will dive deep into customer issues, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, ensuring our clients' satisfaction.Design, configure, and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other relevant systems.Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.Monitor and analyze the performance of existing marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve strategies for maximum impact.Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing capabilities.Perform data manipulation and analysis using SQL queries to support marketing campaigns and reporting needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master-s in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.4+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Einstein, Automation studio etc)Extensive experience with AMPscript and SSJS .Familiarity with SQL and JavascriptStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint.Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutionsHands-on experience in Client handling.
