Key Responsibilities
• Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor the pricing actuarial team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to optimize pricing models.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and establish pricing models that reflect the risk profile of various products. Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies.
• System Support: Help the system team to ensure compliance of customer benefits with filed product features. Part of cross-function team to manage operations of existing and new products. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure pricing practices comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Liaise with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, finance, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies. Support the product development process with actuarial insights.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the revenue assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide training and support to staff on revenue assurance practices.
