Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Road Designer (Draftsman) focused on PMGSY Projects. The Road Designer will be responsible for creating detailed road designs, drafting plans, and preparing project specifications. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers and engineers, ensuring designs comply with standards, conducting site assessments, and producing accurate technical drawings. Efficient communication and adherence to deadlines are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in road design software and drafting tools
  • Experience in preparing project specifications and detailed drawings
  • Knowledge of PMGSY guidelines and road construction standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience in road design and construction projects is a plus
