Job Description
We are seeking  proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various aspects of employee recruitment, management, and administration.
The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with candidate sourcing and recruitment, managing employee timekeeping and attendance records, and providing general support in HR operations.
1. Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
a) Assist in posting job vacancies on various social media platforms, job boards, and recruitment websites.
b) Source and screen potential candidates through online platforms and databases.
c) Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
d) Assist in conducting initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
2. Employee Timekeeping and Attendance:
a)Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, time in/out, and leave balances.
b) Monitor and track employee attendance patterns and address any issues or discrepancies.
c) Assist in implementing and managing timekeeping systems or software for efficient tracking and reporting.
3. Employee Management:
a)Provide administrative support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
b) Assist in maintaining employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
c) Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
d) Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. General HR Support:
a) Assist in maintaining HR documentation and files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
b) Provide support in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Requirements Eligibility: 
An MBA (HR) Final year student (Priority will be given to Reputed Institutes)
Key Skills:
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, (We use ZOHO PEOPLE)
  • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation acumen
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Requirements
Mobile Application Development and Software Development skills Experience in Android Design and Android Development Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Android Studio Knowledge of mobile development best practices and design patterns Experience with API integration and third-party libraries Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Good communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience in machine learning or computer vision is a plus
