The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns .

Who art thou?

You have worked in an agency before. You love winning. Our job is literally to take people’s business to “the next level.” If that floats your boat, then come and take a ride on ours.

Basically, If our client partners are making 10-20K/mo, you'll be helping them get to 40-50K/mo. If they are at 50K/mo, you'll help them get to 100K/mo, etc.

The role:

  • Manage paid acquisition channels like Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.
  • Be responsible for the ROI of campaigns you execute.
  • Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS
  • Understand your target audience and customer behaviors. You create strategies and campaigns, understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.
  • Analyze creative data and make recommendations to the design team.
  • Come up with a hypothesis and test it scientifically to consolidate learnings, thereby increasing the baseline of the team's quality.
  • Document findings in a structured way to contribute to the company's global knowledge base
  • Understand customer needs, to then plan, organize and manage all phases of a joint success plan, then focus on how we use our product to help customers meet those needs
  • Be an expert on the platform and act as a vital resource for helping with training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Managing client’s advertising budget and driving success
  • Be a subject matter expertise in digital advertising for our customers, guiding them on how to drive growth for our customers
  • Perform deep data analysis to answer the client’s strategic questions, and drive action
  • Move the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of ReBid platform throughout the engagement period
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to shape new features
  • Take ownership of customer service requests through coordinating with the technical support and engineer teams to ensure requests are addressed quickly and with a high level of satisfaction
  • Advise our Sales team on up-selling & cross-selling opportunities that will help our customers succeed

Primary Responsibilities (It’s a must) :

  • Meta Campaign execution, and optimisation.
  • Maintaining internal and external reports with relevant data.
  • Forecasting for potential clients and projects.

What you bring to the party :

  • Experience: 1-3 years experience directly managing paid media strategies that drive results.
  • Tech Check: Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, CRM
  • Adaptable: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup ecosystem
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to be able to ensure that workflow and timelines aren’t hampered
  • Certification(s) in Digital Advertising (i.e. DigitalMarketer, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Experience building campaigns/funnels within a CRM
