Role Summar

We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Specialist – OT to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents in real-time across OT (Operational Technology) environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in shop floor technologies, industrial network protocols, and cybersecurity tools to safeguard mission-critical infrastructure.


• Real-Time Monitoring & Incident Response o Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents in OT environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. o Conduct root cause analysis and forensic investigations of security incidents.


• Cybersecurity Tools & Partner Engagement o Manage and maintain industrial cybersecurity platforms (e.g.,
Claroty
). o Coordinate with external partners and internal IT Security teams to ensure proper tool integration and use.


• Network & Automation Understanding o Apply knowledge of industrial network concepts, automation flow, and network protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA) to support secure shop floor operations.


• Policy Development & Compliance o Develop, enforce, and maintain OT-specific security policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.


• Threat Hunting & Vulnerability Assessments o Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments for systems such as SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and DCS.


• Cross-functional Collaboration o Work closely with OT and production teams to ensure secure system integration. o Support communication with automation suppliers and collaborate on operational and digital transformation initiatives.


• Reporting & Communication o Provide clear, concise weekly updates and reports to management on cybersecurity posture, risks, and progress.

Key Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with OT technologies in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of shop floor operations and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with cybersecurity platforms such as
Claroty
or similar.
• Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and the unique cybersecurity challenges in industrial systems.
