Role : Sr. Java Developer.

Location : Nashik.

Responsibilities :


1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship :


- Lead a team of Java developers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster their technical skills and growth.


- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and best practices within the team.


- Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.


2. Microservices Architecture & Design :


- Champion the adoption of microservices architecture principles within the team.


- Design and implement microservices with clean interfaces, fault tolerance mechanisms, and efficient communication patterns.


- Ensure strong API governance and documentation practices for microservices.


3. Cloud Technology Expertise :


- Possess a strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (specify your company's preferred platform).


- Design and implement cloud-native Java applications leveraging cloud services (e.g., databases, containers, serverless functions).


- Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost optimization for cloud deployments.


4. Java Development & Delivery :


- Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable Java code for microservices based on best practices.


- Utilize design patterns and testing frameworks to ensure code maintainability and reliability.


- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and monitoring of microservices.


5. Technical Innovation & Future-Proofing :


- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Java development, cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.


- Identify and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve development processes and application performance.


- Lead the team in adopting new technologies and best practices to future-proof applications.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).


- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Java development with a strong focus on object-oriented programming principles.


- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture principles, design patterns, and benefits.


- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.


- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services relevant to Java development (specify based on your company's platform).


-Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.


- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.


- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
