  • Act as the first point of contact between the company and potential or existing customers.

  • Build customer relationships and generate leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound/Inbound Calling
  • Make calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
  • Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Customer Interaction
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Data Management
  • Update customer information in CRM/records accurately.
  • Maintain call logs and reports for tracking performance.
  • Target Achievement
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Work towards maximizing revenue and business growth.
  • Communication & Feedback
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign effectiveness.
  • Compliance
  • Follow company policies and telephone etiquette.
  • Adhere to quality and script guidelines during calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
