The role involves managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining communication with external and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to implement client programs effectively. The Manager will play a key role in aligning client needs with business offerings.QualificationsProficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholdersUnderstanding of financial aspects related to client engagements and business developmentAbility to manage relationships with clients and partners while ensuring alignment with business goalsPrior experience in the loyalty, rewards, or engagement industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related fieldStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
