  • Relevant 3+ Years of Experience in Singleview or any other Billing process.
  • Have experience in CVS & ECCS and SV release cut installation. Hotfixes
  • Good Knowledge on RELGEN, Jenkins, GitHub for release management
  • Strong experience in Automation Scripting Using Shell Scripting/Python/Bash
  • Strong coding experience in Python or Bash
  • Hands on experience in building the CICD pipelines like Jenkins or Git, which helps in automation deployment.
  • Good experience working on Application production support to help in resolving the high priority calls (P0, P1) kind of issues on database application or server level.
  • Experience in monitoring BillRun's and Singleview Operational support
  • Knowledge in Oracle Database in performance tuning or monitoring (Added Adv)
  • Containerization like Docker, Linux, Kubernetes, Kafka or Rancher (Good to have)
  • Should be ready to work in 3 regional rotational shifts and sometimes in weekend
