Job Description:
Intelix Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a Contract Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract management process, from contract initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate favorable contract terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and legal provisions.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts, analyzing and mitigating contractual risks to protect the interests of the company.
Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and modify contracts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance expectations.
Contract Compliance: Monitor contract compliance and performance, conducting audits when necessary to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
Contract Amendments and Extensions: Coordinate contract amendments, extensions, and renewals, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contracts, including documentation, correspondence, and contract-related information. Generate reports as required.
Legal Support: Collaborate with the legal team, providing support on legal matters related to contracts, including dispute resolution and contract interpretation.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the technology industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, contract drafting, negotiation techniques, and risk management.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness of contract documents.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite, contract management software, and other relevant tools.
