Job Title: DTP/Presentation Specialist Sr AssociateLocation: Gurgaon (work from office)Work hours: Rotational ShiftsDepartment: Investment BankingExperience Level : 5-8 years0-2 months' notice candidates preferred due to business need.Job PurposeAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong organizational and teamwork skills for its Presentation and Graphic team based in Bangalore/Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities -Formatting of all pitchbooks, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, adhering at all times to established house styleCreating other material such as infographics, etc. and ensuring high-quality outputExposure to various products and collaterals of IB value chain including pitchbooks, profiles, marketing and conference materials and website content publicationsKey Products exposure – Profiles, Pitchbooks, Flyers, Tombstones, Handout materials, social media banners / landing pages, conference materials, campaign support and newsletters among othersLiaising with the client and internal team members to determine deadlines, job instructions, and design requirementsExperience in building theme-based layouts for pitchbooks / Information Memorandum alongside understanding client’s branding and standardization / marketing guidelinesEfficiently managing and producing a wide range of documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlinesAbility to coordinate and track publishing schedules and proactively work with onshore stakeholdersKey CompetenciesExperience in formatting and publishingExpert working knowledge in MS office applications, especially PPT, Word, Visio and ExcelWorking knowledge on adobe creative suite including Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, AcrobatWorking knowledge on VBA and macrosGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to coordinate and track publishing schedulesAbility to work independently to produce quality workKeen attention to detailAbility to engage with senior resources for formatting processes.
