Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Engineer (Electrical) at Hopcharge in Manesar. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales assistance, and expertise in analog and electronics to support our innovative Grid-Free Energy subscription for electric vehicles.

Qualifications

- Field Applications and Technical Support skills- Knowledge of batteries and its applications- Strong knowledge in electrical fundamentals- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field- Experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

- Excellent technical knowledge of Basic electrical engineering.- Standard proficiency in the computer application such as Microsoft word, excel, power points and google drives applications- Training to the operators and assessment of their performance- Implementation and monitoring of the operating protocols- Provide solution based on the spot inspection inputs- Provide technical support to the operations team on field related issues.- Adhere to company policies and procedures- Comply with all safety regulations
