Job Description :


You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-performance, scalable Java backend applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional software solutions.


Essential Functions :

  • Possess strong skills in Java with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS).
  • Design and implement software solutions that are scalable, high-performing, efficient, and reliable.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Utilize databases like Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand complex business needs.
  • Possess strong analytical skills for problem-solving and providing effective solutions.
  • Be proficient in version control systems like Git.
  • Maintain an analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Have experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Write and maintain Unit and Integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance teams to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience as a Java backend developer.
  • Experience with databases including Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Git version control system.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Ability to write and maintain Unit and Integration tests.
Nice to Haves :
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (a plus).
  • Awareness of security concepts and practices for software development.
  • Certifications in Java programming or related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • Knowledge of RESTful services.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
