Job Description: Food Specialist at Fresh Bliss

As a Food Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and appeal of our food products, including labels and packaging.

Responsibilities:

1. Label and Packaging Development: Collaborate with the team to create eye-catching labels and packaging designs that reflect the freshness and quality of our products.2. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming ingredients and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.3. Recipe Development: Work closely with our culinary team to develop and refine recipes for our healthy food products, ensuring they meet our nutritional and taste standards.4. Product Innovation: Stay up-to-date on food trends and market demands to identify opportunities for new product development and innovation.5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, including labeling requirements and allergen declarations.6. Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials for our products, ensuring consistency and reliability.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in food product development, labeling, or a related field is preferred.- Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for design and detail.- Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and quality assurance practices.- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.- Passion: Genuine passion for healthy eating and a commitment to promoting nutritious and wholesome food options.
