We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wall Finishes Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and apply various texture techniques to create visually appealing and unique wall finishes.
  2. Collaborate to understand and execute the vision for each project.
  3. Experiment with different natural paint products and tools to create new and innovative textures.
  4. Ensure high-quality standards in all texture applications, adhering to company guidelines and client specifications.
  5. Provide expert advice to clients on texture options and customization possibilities.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the wall paint and texture industry.
  7. Conduct training sessions for junior artists and painters on texture application techniques.
  8. Manage and maintain texture tools, materials, and workspace efficiently.


Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Texture Artist or in a similar role in the wall paint or interior design industry.
  2. Any graduate degree.
  3. Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating unique textures.
  4. Proficiency in using various tools and techniques for texture application.
  5. Knowledge of natural paints and eco-friendly materials is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. A portfolio showcasing your work in texture art.
