React Developer

-Position: React Developer-Experience: 3-5 years-Prefer immediate joiners-Location: Kochi/TrivandrumRequired Skills:*React JS and Redux*HTML, CSS, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS)*JavaScript, Node JS*Webpack, Babel, NPM, git etc.*Unit testing for front end – Jasmin, Karma, Jest etc.Other Skills:*Angular JS (legacy 1.x)*Docker, Azure*Java, Postgres, NoSQLRoles and responsibilities:*Offshore Dev for the Canada project.*Develop and maintain Front End application code and execution of front-end unit tests, leveraging industry-standard frameworks and tools.*Collaborate with UX, Business, Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless releases of the product.*Ability to write re-usable code and templates, develop quick prototypes, develop proof of concepts as required.*Identify, document all development related items.*Ability to learn and work on any FE tech stack as per project demand.*Mentor and provide guidance to junior dev team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.*Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality assurance process.Requirements:*Bachelor's degree in computer science, diploma or relevant education in IT / Computer technology.*3 to 5 years of proven experience with hands on in JavaScript, front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue (preferred React) etc.*3 to 5 years' experience in working with state-management tool like Redux (preferred) or any other state-management tool.*1 to 3 years' experience in working with Front-end tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, NPM etc.*Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines and DevOps practices related to Azure.*Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and Scrum framework.*Knowledge in backend and databases - JAVA, Postgres, NoSQL is a plus.*Strong communication and collaboration abilities.*Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
