1. Business Needs Assessment

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their business operations, objectives, and specific legal requirements.

2. Contractual Advisory

- Advise clients on the types of contracts needed for their business operations, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.- Provide guidance on the purpose and importance of each contract type.

3. Policy Advisory

- Recommend internal policies required for the client’s business, including HR policies, data protection policies, and operational compliance frameworks.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Advisory

- Advise clients on protecting their intellectual property, such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.- Provide consultation on IP-related strategies and agreements.

5. Client Communication

- Clearly explain legal concepts, requirements, and potential risks to clients in an accessible manner.- Offer practical solutions to address legal challenges.

6. Continuous Learning and Updates

- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide relevant and accurate advice.- Inform clients of legal changes that may impact their business operations.

QUALIFICATION:

- Law graduate with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.- Proven experience in client consultation, including assessing legal needs and providing strategic advice.- Expertise in onboarding new clients, understanding their business models, and aligning legal strategies accordingly.
