Role & Responsibilities
  • Working on the leads provided by VRM and meeting the Channel partners directly
  • Explaining the association benefits and USP of our company to channel partners,
  • Achieving the sales target through the pool of CPs
  • Collect the documents and activate credit on file assessment
  • Sending regular marketing feedback based on -payout / Product and policy
  • Processing the file to the login stage by collecting the complete list of documents from clients
  • Be the Interface between the client and the operations team from sourcing to sanction of the Lead
  • Ensure agreement signing post sanction and resolve queries of customers
  • Maintaining a record of all the sanction copies
  • Resolving payout-related issues and providing updates to CPs of the same
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Home loan/LAP/Working capital
  • Good Communication skills( English & Kannada/Tamil). Hindi is an additional plus
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a must
  • Good Experience in Zoom Meetings, Google skills, and adaptability to CRMs
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Familiarity with local markets and regulations is a plus
