Overview

We seek a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, dedicated to developing and implementing marketing strategies for our cutting-edge SaaS-based recruitment software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to promote our recruitment software, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and campaigns.

Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new market opportunities. Utilise findings to refine marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, support sales initiatives, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to track and interpret campaign performance.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
