About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Receptionist for our two-wheeler showroom in Pune. This role is central to delivering a welcoming and professional experience for every customer. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and supporting front-office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage front-desk operations including calls, inquiries, and appointments
  • Share information about vehicles, services, and ongoing offers with customers
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain customer records and assist with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming and customer-friendly environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience as a receptionist, CRE, or in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Professional and confident appearance with customer-friendly approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and phone/email etiquette
  • Prior experience in an automobile showroom, retail, or hospitality industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
