Role
The role is for Transfer Agency (“TA”) business with specific responsibility to support Business as Usual (‘BAU”) in Bangalore , India. The department is responsible for client processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of our clients’ mutual funds in response to investor instructions.
This department is responsible for several TA functions, including, but not limited to, Dealing, Registration, Settlement, Reconciliations, Distributions, Management Accounting, Fund Allocation and Client Reporting.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for the TA functions activity processing and or QC
Coach and mentor new partners who join the team or are trained in new sub functions.
Assist on the queries and liaise with other departments where necessary
To work closely with the Technical Coordinator and Team Leader to review the process for gaps if any and suggest improvements.
Maintain a close working relationship with other areas to ensure smooth process flow.
Detail understanding of end to end process and strive to develop into a Subject Matter Expert.
Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
