Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager located in Bengaluru. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CSR programs, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Daily tasks include managing CSR projects, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating employee engagement activities, and conducting impact assessments. The CSR Manager will also be tasked with developing communication materials to promote CSR initiatives both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
- Excellent Communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within an organization is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
