Ensure the technicalfeasibility of UI/UX designs. CodeQuality and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of codequality and ensure bestpractices inapplication architecture and design. Conduct code reviews unittesting andintegration testing to ensureapplications are free of bugs and securityvulnerabilities. PerformanceOptimization: Optimise application performance for bothiOS and Androidplatforms ensuring smooth andresponsive user experiences. Monitor app performanceandmake adjustments as necessary to improveload times and app efficiency.CrossPlatform Development: Utilise ReactNative to develop and maintaincrossplatformmobile applications that offerseamless functionality and aesthetics on both iOS andAndroiddevices.Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentorjunior developers providing guidanceandsupport to improve their skills andensure team growth. Foster a collaborativeinnovativeand resultsdriven teamenvironment. StayUpdated: Keep abreast of new technologies and trends inmobile developmentespecially regarding ReactNative iOS and Android development. Incorporate newandemerging technologies to enhanceapplication development processes and productofferings.Skills: Indepth knowledge of React Native and its core principles alongwith a strong proficiency inJavaScript/TypeScript. Extensive experiencein developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOSandAndroid platforms.Solid understanding of iOS and Android development environmentsincluding XCodeAndroid Studio and theirrespective SDKs and APIs. Experience withstate management libraries (e.g. Redux MobX). Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connectmobile applications to backend services.Strong understanding of mobile app design guidelines UI/UX bestpractices and the ability to implement them in applicationdesign. Experience with automated testingsuites like Jest or Mocha. Excellentproblemsolving skills ability to work independently and strong teamcollaborationcapabilities.
